At that stage I wouldn't argue with them and just say you'll put your proposed agreement in writing. If it's even at all reasonable there's no way they'll turn it down. Good point about email. Just do that. If there's documented evidence of you making a reasonable offer there's no way they're going to pursue it through the courts. |
