Comment | I joined an online fitness challenge mid 2020 during the first lockdown while unemployed. 3000 pushups for that month. I exceeded it, and then just kept on doing pushups everyday for almost 8 months. Each month, I'd add/try a new exercise: squats, planks, etc.
Also downloaded some YouTube home workout videos and did them faithfully for several months. It produced visible results. I slowed down when I got a new job. |
