| Comment | I have had exactly the same problem. If you have evidence of who dumped the stuff you can have them pay for removal, but you really need video evidence as the council will not take action on anything less.
If you have no evidence, all property owners will share the cost of removal. The last time this happened at my property the factor, hacking and paterson, arranged for the removal. The thing us though, the "company" appointed by the factor charged less for removal than the cost of legally dumping the refuse at a council recycling centre, so I've no doubt the rubbish was fly tipped. |
