Comment	There isn’t one sadly, and I’m loathe to create one lest I become responsible for it, which I would inevitably allow to happen. Then I’m that guy, the neighbourhood watch guy. So I’ll of course complain, but do so like decent human beings - in private and with no unnecessary interaction with my neighbours.
