| Comment | A combination of factors. I see evidence of people *trying* but there's often not enough bins emptied often enough (cause by austerity) and there's also not enough enforcement (caused by the previous Labour administration not giving a shit).
I do see people trying to organise clean-ups. Not all go anywhere, but at least people try. There's a park near me needs doing (we've just moved) and I might look into it when we're settled.
And yes, there is a strong element of parents failing to teach their kids to *not* be clatty bassas. |
