| Comment | Honestly relax, your doctor is not gonna judge you or get you in trouble. Good on you for getting help mate, honestly one of the hardest parts is that initial first step, so you're already on your way to recovery.
Just go into your GP and say this to the doctor: "I am worried that I have become addicted to taking xanax as i have been taking this much per day for this length of time, I want to stop but when I tried this is what happened." and then just answer whatever questions they ask. it's important to be honest because they won't judge and they need to know accurate figures for general dose and use rates etc.
Good luck mate, stick with it and you are gonna be fine. Don't beat yourself up if you cave, just keep at it and you will succeed. |
