There is a charity called LifeLink in Glasgow that would be worth a look. They have a few services but can do 4 counselling sessions for free if you are not under secondary care. Doesn’t sound like much but it’s a good start. I’ve used them and three sessions helped me get my head round some stuff. They could possibly direct you to other services too
