They’ve also got several podcasts that talk you through mindfulness meditations. From a 3 min long one up to a 45min long one. I’m really not a meditation type person, but sitting quietly for 15mins a day listening and doing it really helps when your head is all over the place but it takes some practice so also do it when you’re having a good day too
Also, make sure you get a bit of exercise. Has been proven to be really helpful for mental health (I’m a nerd and look for evidence based stuff). Doesn’t need to be much
