| Comment | Have you read it? Did you note the various differences between E&W and Scotland in it, especially with regards to maximum sentences? There are issues with it for the UK as a whole but a lot of it doesn't apply to us and most of the parts that do seem to be adding clarification to the language used in existing regulations rather than a sweeping increase in powers. |
