You could look at the register on British association of counselling and osychotherapy to find a counsellor/therapist. There is a filter option for time limited.
A problem might be price. Forty pounds is about the lowest standard rate for a session unfortunately, but some people will do limited number of discount sessions. The BACP register will give you a guide on what people charge
