**tl;dr: Are council house drawings saved/stored anywhere and how can I access them?**
A friend has recently bought what he thinks is a former council house in Dumbarton (not the house in the picture but the same design). I'm helping out with some DIY and it would be useful to have drawings for the property. Who should we contact to ask for the drawings?
