We recently bought a 2 bed ex Council in Kings Park just beside Hampden for £95K. Brilliant decision for us - you’re right beside Shawlands Battlefield etc. They are listed as 2/3 bed cottage flats and come up a lot in Croftfoot and Kingspark.
