He could reform in prison, he could spend years and years trying to alter his character - and I believe he *will*; but not out of a feeling of remorse. Moreso out of a feel of self-preservation and a desire to be free - because he clearly has no guilt over what he's done. Saying he was "satisfied" with the murder is just abhorrent, and phenomenally disgusting. Any parole board that sees what he's said about his crime, his trial and his feelings about it will immediately shut down any effort he makes to see the light of day again.
He is one of those cases where throwing away the key would be the best course of action. |
