Can’t help you on the library situation, I generally just buy as most kindle editions are very reasonably priced. I look at it as supporting the author rather than being in Amazons pocket so to speak.
There is also Kindle Unlimited deals. It actually has a decent selection on that. I got 3 months for 99p. (Then it goes to £7.99 a month.) |
