Do you already have a spouse visa? If not you might need to apply and receive it before entering the UK. You could enter on a 90 day tourist visa but you probably can't apply for another visa while you're here as a tourist.
Once you have a spouse visa you can do whatever work will employ you. Without it you'd need to find an employer willing to sponsor you for a tier 4 working visa before entering.
You'll need to pay an NHS surcharge tax like all visa residents - £500 per year from memory - on top of all the normal tax. |
