| Comment | Enough if you're spending time with family rather than groups of mates. Old Cathcart would be ideal too; you've got Mount Florida, Queens Park, Battlefield, Strathbungo and Shawlands nearby (these are where house prices are going craziest and where the best stuff is), as well as a train station, it's near a bus line, and you're handy for the M74 or the M8.
Travelling to the west end for uni won't be an issue because it'll probably be mostly online, but you can get a number 4 bus right to Glasgow Uni. |
