I've looked at [adult training on the sectt website](http://www.sectt.org.uk/adulttraining.html) and it's saying
>To get started as an Adult Trainee you must be in full time employment with an Electrical Contractor (Electrician), have at least 12 months on site experience and have the support of your employer
