Comment | Disappointing from JD. I ended up going back to the store (Cotswold) for a refund as North Face couldn't repair my shoes and didn't have any suitable replacement they could offer. Cotswold looked through their till logs from almost a year earlier and then helped me. You'd have hoped JD could offer a replacement, very different to asking for your/her money back. Hopefully you hsve better luck with North Face! |
