Been there mate, unfortunately I found marshmallow leaf absolutely disgusting. As other people mentioned here, try switching to a bong/pipe/vaporizer, and if the nicotine cravings are too much get a cheap wee vape out the supermarket. Managed to completely phase out tobacco doing this.
