| Comment | Presumably the person who lived there had mental health issues and was incapable of looking after themselves and the house. They would either have died or taken to hospital. If you were to inherit the house and felt energetic, you could probably get a massive loan to have it fixed but that takes time, and you would need to find the tradesmen and materials and probably put in a lot of your own time as well. It would be worth it as it is a lovely area afaik |
