To factor the property? I'd have to get the other landlords on board and I own two properties for side income and they already take up more time than they should.
Don't get me wrong the insides of the flats are a very high standard. Just the common areas are awful.
If Govanhill housing association wanted to give me fair market value I'd vote their hand off.
