| Comment | It's ridiculous. Happens at my street every year at Xmas / New Year.
I usually take mine to the tip when it's absolutely necessary, recycling I can take to my parents or grandparents as they usually don't fill their bins. They live in East Renfrewshire which is supposedly a scheduled bin day haven.
My neighbours aren't quite as clever as that.
I then attempt to claim back compensation on my council tax for all of two weeks, getting nowhere and then eventually giving up till the following year. |
