Quit three years ago using a vape then quit that a year two years ago. I just allowed myself to vape whenever for ages and then tapered it down when I realised that inhaling cherry flavoured steam wasn’t really what I enjoyed about smoking.
It’s really tough but def go for it. This was my 10000th attempt and it stuck finally.
