| Comment | Yeah, they factor the majority of properties in the area and in the last two years or so have taken on the factoring of lots of blocks in Govanhill. All you would need to do is write to them or contact them saying you are interested and they would then send you and all of the other owners expressions of interests and if they get a majority they would arrange a formal meeting to take a vote on the proposal.
Housing Associations are much cheaper than private factors and in my opinion, much more transparent and trustworthy. You would have to get a majority of owners on board though, but if you could demonstrate that they'll have more money in their pocket at the end of each month they'll go for it. |
