Booster shouldn't be an issue, surely? When I filled in the form online there was nothing about having to show a positive laterel flow or pcr on the actual website but I'm assuming they get in touch about this because I know they want test and protect info. If you've got test and protect then surely he would have got pinged which would show he has to self isolate?
