| Comment | Chase it up until they sort it and ask your neighbours to do the same. You have to be a pain in the cunt with some factors. If they still don't bother, chances are they will do fuck all else so I'd consider moving to another factor.
Did the factor put the notice up or was it a neighbour? Used to live in a block with a broken buzzer system, one of the neighbours refused to agree to fix it. They left a similar note to yours. Seems to be a weirdly common thing. |
