| Comment | I can see what they were going for, but:
1. They should have made it clear from the outset that they'd be doing that. Trying to get info for Hydro gigs is like getting blood out of a stone. I've only ever been able to get actual stage times once from the helpline.
2. It doesn't solve the problem that they're trying to solve. The low tech solution is much more viable and easier to institute.
I was groped at The Offspring and I told a steward who then told me to email customer services as they 'really cared about and were quick to respond to' issues like that. Sent an email that night, received a response a fortnight later essentially saying 'sorry that happened to you'. |
