I rent out my old flat in Firhill. It’s an unfurnished 2 bed and well maintained.
I’ve had the same tenant for 4 years now and compared to today’s market prices the rent is CHEAP.
I could put up the rent but I have a good tenant and I really appreciate that, so I won’t be increasing the price.
