A few years ago we went to Finehomes (AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS) office to sign a lease and just when we were about to sign we notice in the smallest of small print a clause saying the rent will increase 10% after 6 months!!!
We managed to persuade them to have the landlord take it out before we signed and then left after a year.
