| Comment | This will sound like a total lie, but the council tax department were really helpful with me when I needed a proof of address a few years back. I was online only and I needed a hard copy POA, gave them a phone and they posted out a paper copy 1st class and it arrived the next day. Could be worth a call to get your name added to the council tax bill and ask them to send a copy out if you need hard copies. |
