I have both Hokas/Inov-8, and I find the Inov-8s too minimal for running on actual trails (my shins and knees rapidly give in), but if going actual off-trail they're definitely the only choice
Are you going to Glentress next month? Was hoping to do the half marathon but probably won't make it thanks to injury
