Buying to live and buying to rent are quite different things. You might need a different mortgage if you want to rent out your flat. You might stretch your budget a little if it is your choice for your home... I'm sure someone will provide you with a paid advice service but you might be able to get some info from estate agents when they are showing you round properties. |
