| Comment | I had issues with them. I bought a tattoo design online from them, got booked in then a few weeks before called up to confirm the time. Turns out the artist I'd booked with left the studio 9 months before and they never bother to tell me. Refused to refund me over the phone and ignored my repeated emails and live chats. I ended up getting a chargeback on my credit card, only then did they respond to me.
I contacted the original artist to book in with him and he said that the same thing happened to loads of his clients. |
