Got some good news though, if you are a powerlifter or similar your BMI is going to come out as towards the obese end. If not a powerlifter, best try and lose that 5.5kg.
I'm 92kg and 1.93m meaning my BMI is 24.6 _but_ I am slightly built and all that weight is sitting on my gut. So whilst my BMI may show an OK picture, it's not good. Not good at all.
I want to lose 8-10kg and get back to what I was pre-pandemic. Was going OK for a while until I picked up an injury and couldn't get to a physio. ☹️ |
