Cyclist are bad drivers are bad it's a self perpetual cycle. Last time I cycled to town of the 13 advanced stop lines (the bit where the car stops. to let the bike ho in front) 8 of them were mostly or completely blocked by cars going over the asl.
When drivers are actively breaking the law to make cycling more dangerous the standard of cycling isn't going to improve.
