My gran is nearly 86 and it sounds terrible but all among all her wee pals their health is either deteriorating or they're dying.
She's still very much the life and soul of the party. We're a bit worried because she loves her wee trips away to Blackpool and Rothesay and the likes but we're increasingly finding she goes on her own.
She does go to a lot of wee clubs for pensioners in the southside so if your gran lives in a housing association house it's worth contacting them and seeing what they have on for the pensioners. My gran doesn't have WhatsApp or anything like that cos she's too technophobic but would probably be up for exchanging numbers. |
