I think you may be referring to the part where I said I'd feel safer stepping out in front of a car than a bike when the green man shows but I'd step out in front of neither.
My reasoning for this is in the past week (although feel free to extend this to ny time period) I have personally witnessed a dozen or so cyclists running reds.
I've seen a few cars drive though some questuonable ambers, but no reds. |
