My point hinges on the fact that a cyclist will run a blatantly obvious, hasn't changed colour in 15 seconds, red.
So if I see a cyclist coming towards me when I'm crossing at a green man that has been on for a good 5-6 seconds more often than not the cyclist continues straight through while people are crossing.
They don't just do it with pedestrians crossing either. I legit see them trying to avoid turning trafic becaise theu've ran a normal red.
You just don't see that carry on half as often with vehicles because that'd just be a blood bath. |
