Completely self teaching. I visited my dad a few weeks back and made some candle holders out of old whisky barrels with him which has really sparked it. My dad is really good with his hands but he has lived abroad since I was a spotty teenager who didn’t want anything to do with him, so I’ve not really had someone there to teach me these things until then. It was really fun so super excited to start my own journey with it. Looks like a good set of chisels is on my list now…. If you know of any cheap hobbies please send them my way!
