No matter how careful I am if a cyclist with no lights, no road safety training or knowledge of the highway code is on a bike or even work a electric bike chances of an accident are high.
People aren't getting my point. With cars there is tests, exams standards etc.
With bikes there are no standards, safety checks. Etc. I can get any rubbish bike. Dress all in black and go out at night.
