I disagree with the painting bit.
If you’ve stated they can’t change things like the paint they can’t change things like the paint.
I know a guy who let his flat out when he moved in with the Mrs and said they couldn’t paint anything (he’d just had it done) and they painted everything (including the fireplace) garish colours.
Cost him a lot of money to undo all the damage when they moved out and he sold the place. |
