Clear your stuff out, go to asda buy the cheapest cleaning stuff you can find, put some music on and get scrubbing. With no furniture or boxes you can get most places cleaned up in half a day. As long as it looks similar to when you moved in (with the exception of wear and tear) there isn't much they can do you for.
