| Comment | Its in our tenancy agreement to get any carpets professionally cleaned due to us having 2 cats at the property. The 2 bedrooms are carpeted, other than that we have wooden floors in the kitchen/lougne and hallway, then tile in the 2 bathrooms.
I'd prefer to get the whole flat professionally cleaned, that way I know it's been done to a high enough standard. Any time I've tried to clean myself at end of a tenancy I've always had the landlords claim that the flat was still dirty. |
