| Comment | I hate H&P. They do nothing to get problems resolved. Nobody has been able to buzz visitors/deliveries in for the past 2 months now. We've reported it and after around 5 weeks they sent out an engineer. The engineer said the recommendation is to install a new system rather than repair the existing one, so they will report this to H&P. They still haven't moved things forward with it.
This is just my latest gripe with them. I could list a history of our problems, but I'd end up getting too angry. |
