At the end of the day you are still exploiting someone else's hard work to pay off your mortgage. You are already rich. You can already afford to own multiple homes. Most renters cannot. In fact most people under 40 cannot. So, a poor person, who cannot afford to buy a home, will be using their limited income to pay YOUR mortgage. You are using your hoarded capital to subjugate someone who does not have capital. You might be a benevolent "lord" but a lord you'll still be. It's just my opinion, and no doubt not a popular one, but any form of landlord is completely unethical, immoral and just wrong. Also, the correct term is landnonce.
