Comment | A lot of it comes down to what you were first taught. As another poster said, if I was taught manual (or stick as Americans would say) when I first started learning then I think I’d pick it up faster than trying now. I do think it’s a great skill to learn but I prefer automatic for now.
Just in case you do get behind the wheel of an automatic - the gearbox has markings PRND. You just move it to D for drive, R for reverse, N for neutral or P for park. So to drive, shift to to D and voila! Step on gas and go. 😀 |
