| Comment | I’d recommend asking your letting agent if they have a preferred supplier - that way the cleaner will know what standards your letting agent usually have.
I did this and was recommended PAC (Professional Affordable Cleaning). Ian was absolutely brilliant - charged £85 for a deep clean of our 1 bed flat, and £20 per carpet shampoo (we only had the one carpet). Would recommend him!
As much as you can make an attempt at cleaning yourself and then go through the whole arguing with the letting agents, we just didn’t want the hassle of going back to the old place to clean when we could be getting settled into our new place so felt the money was well worth it! |
