It's no more rainy than Belgium, it is less predictable though (geen buienradar).
Quality of life is pretty high, if your partner has mobile experience PM me. Generally the mentality in Scotland matches zuid-NL and Flanders. Pretty chill but with loud drunks. It doesn't get as warm in summer, but it is much warmer in winter.
As for legal, the Scottish government will still need EU legal experts for a great many years. You can browse these online. Also, there will be a burgeoning UK-EU immigration market if immigration law is in you wheelhouse. |
