City centre's been on a rapid decline since the recession, with a lot of the big hitters no having the revenue to justify the big expensive shop rents.
In an ideal world, the council stop being shitebags and actually get cunts telt - For example the absolute fuckin opera that is the Egyptian Halls, those fly bastards should have got the boot and the property seized a decade ago. The only cunts that survive in the city centre now are the money launderers because nobody else can afford the rents.
