For the night bus, it's not the AIR that runs during the day but the N900 to Edinburgh via the airport.
Took this bus last week. It definitely runs, but make sure you've got a ticket if you're taking it during the weekend as my bus was full of people heading back to Edinburgh after a night out and they'll let people with a confirmed time on the ticket on first.
